Cloudlinux instructions says it should be 99 for cpanel servers but this is the output I get on my cpanel server.

    [root@host ~]# id -g apache
    48

Can someone from cpanel confirm the proper value for cpanel servers?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

On cPanel servers, Apache is running under user nobody, GID 99, by default. EX:

    Code:
    # id -g nobody
    99
The "apache" user does not exist by default on cPanel servers, unless you installed the Apache/HTTP RPMs manually outside of EasyApache.

    Thank you.
