I have DKIM, SPF and have set up PTR records.

When I send mail from webmail however, I get this FSL_HELO_BARE_IP_2 in regards to DKIM validation.

It seems to think my DKIM record is not valid. The reason it says is: IP used in the HELO request
The hostname should be a domain name, not an IP address

I have the suspicion the issue is not in the DKIM record itself but more or less how the webmail service Roundcube, Horde etc. generates the email header.

My question is, why do I get this when sending from WebMail but not by any CMS? What function in webmail is adding this information to the header and how do I resolve? Any idea's, recommendations etc would be helpful while I continue to investigate and troubleshoot this issue.

I would like to be able to use the WebMail service in conjunction with other available methods of sending mail.

I would like to improve SpamAssassin. Score: -2.8.
