    HI,

I have a single user (yes, just one) who cannot log in to our cPanel 11 server. This is a new account created today.

he is attempting to log in to the server by name (so this is not a DNS issue related to his domain name) and he is using the username@domain.tld format (although we have also tried just the username).

Whenever he tries to log in he receives the error:

421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
    Login failed.
No control connection for command: Permission denied

I've restarted pure-ftp and the entire server as well, but no go. I've also tried to create another account under his domain and it cannot log on either.

Everyone else can log in. This is driving me nuts.

Anyone have any ideas where to look?
    Thanks

OK, well, I'm going to open a ticket then.

I have opened a ticket with my provider, but I thought I would come back here and post this.

This seems to be a legitimate bug. This problem only exists with the two accounts that have been created since last night's update.

I know there is a modpackage bug that I am updating and attempting to get rid of now, but this looks like another one.

Anyone from cPanel want to take a look?

Edit: Actually, screw it. I'm sure this is a bug. I'm opening a ticket with cPanel directly.

I have exactly the same problem, do you found a solution?
