I have a reseller who has his own static IP and all name-based accounts for the reseller as setup on his static IP.
It works fine via http. But he cannot log on to additional accounts via FTP. By default ftp.&domain&.com will point to his static IP of course. Additional accounts can only gain FTP access by using the servers root domain/ip.
eg.
ftp ftp.additionaldomain1.com
username:&newuser&
enter password: &password&
logon failed.
ftp ftp.hostingserver.com
username:&newuser&
enter password:&password&
success
Is this a bug?
