When I go to my FTP Account Maintenance, I see the following:

    ---------- BEGIN CODE ----------

    FTP Account Maintenance

When logging into the ftp server please use the username exactly as it appears below. If the username includes a "@", make sure to include it when logging in. Example: Use "john@doe.org" and not "john".
    _$vxwU3OcsysKfcvKi1IhFl/@graverhead.com (/bin/ftpsh)

There are currently no active ftp accounts.

    [ Add FTP Account ] | [ Go Back ]

Make sure that you connect to ftp.graverhead.com with your FTP client or you may not be able to login.

You can download your raw access logs at the following URLs using the login danthony_logs and your account password:

    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/graverhead.com
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/ftp.graverhead.com-ftp_log
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/axel.graverhead.com
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/flashboxx.com
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/graverhead.com
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/kelly-kirk.com
    ftp://ftp.graverhead.com/kelly.graverhead.com

    ---------- END CODE ----------

Instead of seeing a list of my ftp accounts, I see that one account (_$vxwU3OcsysKfcvKi1IhFl/@graverhead.com). I've tried to contact my hosting service but they can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Idiots. Perhaps someone here is a little more intelligent? :)

You can either post the response here, or contact me via AOL IM (GraverHead).

    O/S: Linux
    cPanel: 9.7.7-RELEASE 15

Did you try the resyncing of FTP passwords to rebuild the ftp config file. It is located in WHM.

I can only access cPanel and lPanel. I suppose I have to ask my host to resync those passwords for me?
