    Hi;

    I am dealing with one client that used cpanel from other web hosting provider.

    Here is the thing;

    he claims that when he added a additional ftp user (let say janice) into the cpanel ftp account, the username janice@domain.com shouldn't have @domain.com but just janice from his previous cpanel web hosting provider. He keeps on saying that my cpanel is different from other provider.....

    I have no idea how to satify him....

    How can I get rid of the @domain.com so that I can make that client happy?

    Thanks

    Janice

    I don't think it can be done. I think it was that way a while back, but due to some new features, it became necessary to change the log in method. I believe in cpanel3 the domain wasn't needed.

    I may be wrong, but I hope not. It would prove I am losing my memory. ;)
