FTP account quota settings missing

Hi

As I remember when you create a new FTP account you can make a size limit for each account.

Now I can't find the option for that.

Please check the attachment and advice me.

What theme or style are you using and what version of cPanel?

Hello

You will be unable to use quotas if you have selected to use ProFTP. ProFTP does not support quotas. You can switch to Pure-FTP via:

"WHM Home » Service Configuration » FTP Server Selection"
