Ftp accounts dissapearing.

Hello ocassionally i get emails from customers saying that all their ftp accounts just dissapeared. Has anyone had reports of the same happening on their servers?

Yes, we have had this happen also... Though I have not been able to reproduce what is causing it.

Is this happening on accounts that have similar FTP usernames such as username and username1? That is the only thing I have found in common when this happens.

I just had this happen on my own account today, very annoying.

Have not seen it with FTP, however, one user reported this happened to his e-mail accounts. Still haven't figured out what caused it.
