Hi, I have a Stellar shared hosting plan through Namecheap that includes cPanel. I've created a couple FTP accounts through cPanel but I can't get them to connect.

I've tried following these instructions so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong:

I'm hitting the button that says "FTP Configuration File" for Windows in this image:

After it downloads I open it using CoreFTP and get this output:

Code:
Resolving [domain].com (2).coreftp...
Can't establish connection --> [domain].com (2).coreftp:21 @ Fri Jan 01 17:39:18 2021   (11001-100)
No such host is known.
If I try to do it manually with the site manager I get this:
Code:
Resolving [domain].com...
Connect socket #928 to [IP address], port 21...
Can't establish connection --> [domain].com:21 @ Fri Jan 01 17:53:47 2021   (0-5)
Also if I try manually connecting through FileZilla with host:[domain].com and username:[username] on port 21 I get this:
Code:
Status:    Resolving address of [domain].com
Status:    Connecting to [IP address]...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

I'm on Windows 10 and have the firewall turned off.

Thanks

Hey there! This doesn't seem like an FTP issue but a DNS issue with the domain as it's not able to resolve the hostname you're using. If you try with the IP address of the server does that let you connect? If so, you'll want to contact the host about the problem with the DNS for the hostname.
