FTP accountsCan't showing Used Space

Hi ,

I have trouble with FTP Accounts created in Cpanel.This accounts are not showing used Space. For example ,

I have created the FTP accounts in my cpanel as [email protected],
[email protected] and [email protected] out of which i am able to check used space of only "[email protected]" So please assist to me about how to check used space for other accounts.
