I am looking into a way to write an ftp authenticated user and ip to a file. Is there a way to hook into /usr/sbin/pureauth or another way to do this easily? Or would it be possible to have a hook added that executed a file after a successful login?

    Hi sirdopes,

Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything currently in the product that can do this. The only solution I can think of is some sort of log processor, whether it be a batch process (like if you were just wanting to log the user/IP into a database) or a daemon-like process that tails an access log. That said, such a processor would likely be inelegant.

    Anyone else have any ideas?

    Regards,
