I'm a huge novice when it comes to the inner workings of cPanel....so my apologies. I searched and tried to find help with this, but to no avail.

I'd like to backup my website to my computer (Mac). I have found the Full Backup option in cPanel, and usually use Cyberduck when sending files via ftp to my website. But I don't know what settings to put into cPanel to have it send my backup to my computer via ftp.

    It's asking for:

    Remote Server
    Remote User
    Remote Password
    Port
    Remote Dir

I don't know what any of this is. Is there anyone that could give me some help and instructions or point me to the instructions?

Well, you'd need to create an FTP server on your MAC to accept this. Might be easier for you to just run a Full Backup from cPanel and Choose instead, Home Directory. Wait for the email stating the backup is complete, and then login via CyberDuck to your account normally. You'll find the backup in the /home/username/ directory ready for download.
