FTP Backup stays I have no space but I do

I have 5 cpanel servers, they all backup to a single server via FTP. The other day the target FTP ran out of space, but I addressed the issue. However, when the backups go to FTP, they still have the out of space message.

As far as I can tell the backup does complete, but it's a concern. All 5 servers are doing the same thing.

I'm guessing the target FTP was logged that it ran out of space, now the script thinks it has no space for future backups.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello

There should not be a message regarding a lack of disk space if there is actually available space on the remote FTP server. Could you open a support ticket so we can review the backup logs and check the available disk space on the cPanel and backup server?
