FTP Backup with new backup system into separate folders is this possible

I have the New Backup active in cpanel WHM 11.40.0 (build 26) and backing up to my home ftp Server (Filezilla)
How can I backup each account into its own folder?
My reason for it is So users can retrieve there own files Via FTP and the main reason is organization of files.
I tested the backup and it works manually into a main folder (\backup)

This feature is not currently available. Our developers however love feature requests and I recommend you go to cPanel Feature Requests, and create a new request. If the request gets enough Yes votes then our developers will do everything possible to include that feature in a future release.
