Hello,
I have all my WHM servers configured to do daily backups with weekly retention via FTP to another server.
Two days ago one of my WHM servers stopped doing backups (or at least they stopped appearing on the remote server) without any error messages that I can find. Manual attempts to run the cpbackup script results in a 'backups up to date' message. From this I can infer that the backup script is being run, but the actual backups themselves are failing.
I have verified that the FTP account credentials are good and as far as I know we haven't made any changes in the last 48 hours. I've also verified the date on both the WHM and remote system.
How would I go about troubleshooting this? Any non-obvious logs I should look at?
Thanks!
