ftp bad login errors after move

Hi,

i moved several accounts to a new server and since then none of those can login via FTP anymore!
I tried the &FTP Password sync& in WHM, tried the ftp.domain.com & [email protected] thing, but still no go.
Any idea what might have gone wrong?
It seems s.th. got misconfigured during the move, since accounts created on the new server work just fine.
Also the problem is FTP only, the username & pass work just fine as CPanel login.
