FTP bandwidth

hello

i have a big problem with bandwidth cpanel page.
i use proftpd but FTP traffic i cpanel always show 0 !!!

WWW traffic show good values.
POP traffic show good values.
SMTP traffic show good values.

Only FTP shows always 0

/scripts/runweblogs don't chanege anything

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-S114
RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

Can someone help me ?
