    Hi,

I have a strange problem with FTP, we cannot connect to FTP on secondary Ip of the server. We can connect to the main Ip but not in the secondary (I only have 2 Ips). It is not a firewall issue as I can ping the said Ip. I already tried reinstalling pure-ftpd, switched to pro-ftpd even update both but still the same. I also checked pure-ftpd.conf and the Bind statement is commented.

I already updated to the latest cpanel build.

Where do I need to check more?

    Thanks in advance.

It could be a firewall that is blocking access to a different IP for port 21.

Secondly if you have your servers firewall off and it still doesn't work then you can try editing /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

Manually add the IPs and ports

    # IP address/port to listen to (default=all IP and port 21).

    # Bind 127.0.0.1,21
