    hey all,

So i have some issues with my VPS installation of cPanel... Everytime I try to connect to FTP, whether it be using any of the IP's assigned to the server, or the servers hostname...

It will always stop at MLSD ...

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. And it will work on some accounts, but not on others....

I have clients that really need to get in through FTP, and this is not working for them. And it isn't just one client complaining about it...

    Any ideas anyone?

    Hello :)

I suggest checking to see if you have any firewall rules in place, or custom firewall applications installed that could be causing this behavior. It may be helpful to temporarily disable any custom firewall rules to see if the issue continues to occur.

    Thank you.
