FTP Error

Root Administrator
sometimes my ftp is not working and throwing this error.

Response: 331 User jeri OK. Password required
Command: PASS ***************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

hostname, username, and passwords are correct. I am using filezilla and coreftp and both have the same issue.

But when i use the same after sometimes it will work. this errors showing in some times only.

whats the reason for this error and how can i fix it permanently.
