ftp fails on cpbackup

Net::FTP=GLOB(0x8f3b50c)<<< 425 Could not open data connection to port 56991: Connection timed out

I see this error while one of the servers tries to ftp to the backup server, 2 others configured identically work without flaw, so I am at a loss where to look, all 3 boxes are configured the same, only differances are the hardware used, all run FC4/WHM 10.8.0/cPanel10.8.2-R119

Yes, I thought that as well, I was able to manually ftp to the backup server, and sucessfully transfer and delete a file from it, APF configs are itentical on all 3 WHM boxes and the backup server, but I do see how it looks like it has to be that denying the transfer, I will go take apf down on the backup server and see how that goes for grins
