FTP for subuser on shareless account

Hi there,

One of my user onshareless account wants to create a FTP user attached to subdomain. cPanel creates subdomain and so on but when he;s logging to the account with ID/password - the password is being rejected.

What should I do (I remember that that was working before and it is working on accounts with IP)

This is happening to me also, ever since I upgraded to 5.3.0 stable. I submitted a support ticket, and I'll see how it goes.
