FTP help.

Hello, I would like to thank you all for your great program, but I've run into a problem, when I gave someone a FTP account to their own folder it logged them them to /[folder]/web and the /web directory doesn't exsist, can someone please tell me how to make it log them into /[folder] and not /[folder]/web?

I thought I'd bump this up, I'm still in need of help.

The user may have set /web as the initial directory in his FTP program. He may have had an account on a cobalt machine before cpanel. There's no /web directory in cpanel.

I tested this out with my own FTP program (CuteFTP Pro) and it does the same thing, but works for my main account, and no I've never even used Cobalt.
