FTP issues

    So, I am not the only one with this problem, it seems my clients have an issue with it as well, so I thought id see what you guys do.

    When you make a new FTP user in cpanel, it adds the @ sign in the username, but in this case, the domain is a subdomain... so it would be

    Which shouldnt be an issue, because I got it to connect once

    Here is the ftp log right now

    It wont connect now, as you see it sends the pass, but wont try to authenticate, (but for what its worth, it is for sure the right pass).

    Any idea whatsup?

    Root Administrator
    Check the error log and see what it says, that may be a permissions problem. The log should give you a better idea of what is going on.
