Hello,

I've had a few customers reporting some FTP issues on my server, and I have noticed them as well.

It seems that I am having common file drops, disconnects, and the ftp is forcing users to upload in 8-bit binary mode, which isn't good for things like images, etc. If you try to switch to ASCII, it goes back to binary and just uploads in binary mode.

Any idea on what may be the cause of this?

I had enabled phpsuexec last night on the server via "Software >> Update Apache" tool, and diddn't really notice it before then.

restart your ftp services..
check your firewall make sur eyou have the proper ports open

while some clients of yours may be behind a firewall/router at there home or office

have them toggle use or not use passive mode while connecting to there ftp account..
