    Hi.

I think that someone got access to my webspace last night, and I roughly know the time, so I was searching for a log to check who got FTP access at that time. I'm pretty new to CPanel. I found some raw access logs, but they seem to be about visiting the website and not about FTP stuff. Then I found some FTP protocol, but that was listing only who is connected right now, and not who was connected last night.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello :)

    FTP activity is logged to:

    /var/log/messages

This log file also includes other system activity, so you will need to search specific terms within it. Example:

    Code:
    # grep username /var/log/messages
Please note that root access to the server is required to access this file.

    Thank you.
