    cPanel FTP Manager writes

    e.g. I should use

    ftp://john@doe.org:password@ftp.doe.com

yet I find the more convenient

    ftp://john:password@addondomain.com

    works fine .

Is there some reason I should not use the more convenient one?

    Thanks.
