FTP login error

All of my cleints subdomain are not accepting the login and password.

Always giving login error.

Did you enable FTP account creation for their cpanel?

For subdomains you should be using the following to login:

Host: subdomain.domain.com
User: [email protected]
Pass: password

This format always works on our servers.
