We're trying to do a transfer using the account username/password we get this:

Attempting to login as xxxxxxxxx to 87.16.xxx.xx via ftp
    FTP Login Failed

When in Shell, using FTP manually works perfectly.

The solution is given in a thread from 2003, now 8 years old. I just want to let you know the problem still exists.
    thread: http://forums.cpanel.net/f5/ftp-login-failed-aborting-extraction-11960.html

PS: in the thread the author mistakes the getremotecpmove (he wrote getremoVecpmove).

Also, you need to rename the cpmove file to de username as in <username>.tar.gz , otherwise restorepkg won't find it, even when the username is part of the cpmove file-name.
