    Hello,
Addon domain is nothing but a sub directory in your public_html. To coneect the addon domain folder you have to use main domain username and password. After login to you can see your addon domain directry there you can make the changes as you want.

    Say your domain is:
    somedomain.com
And you add an addon domain:
    newdomain.com
You have to give an account name for newdomain.com:
    newdomain

To log into just the FTP for the newdomain you would use this as the user name:
    newdomain@somedomain.com
And you can set it's password in the somedomain.com/cpanel's ftp manager.

    ftp newdomain.com
    User:newdomain@somedomain.com
    Pass:<set it in somedomain.com/cpanel ftp manager>
