ftp logs in cpanel

    I went into ftp manager and looking at the accounts section, on the bottom it says

    You can download your raw access logs at the following URLs using the login user_logs and your account password:

    Problem is when I click on any three (using IE 6.x) it makes me download an "MS DOS" application. What the heck?

    Is there a better way to retrieve ftp logs?

    I also tried

    Its only an MS DOS application icon because you have a windows box and it's not configured to read the file. It's not really an application... I'm pretty sure it's a W3C, but I don't remember...

    Try right clicking the msdos icon and click "Open With" and then select notepad or excell so you can see the data in the file.

    Doesn't work in notebad or textpad.

    There must be a way
