I am a simple hosted client on some server.

My problem is that I do not have access to entire FTP log files and I really need them. Everything used to be OK but in the last 2 month I found in my FTP logs only the records from 00.00 to around 05.00 for every day

My provider do not want to give me a good explanation for that, or maybe they do not have a clue what happened.

I have to say that my experience in the field is 0 (zero) but, if possible, let me know what to ask them in order to see what happens there. Or maybe is something I can do to fix it.

Hello,

Your host should be able to help you. If they can't I recommend finding another host. If they need help, please encourage them to open a support ticket with cPanel directly.
