Hi,
In the following location /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ACCOUNT_NAME I can see 3 files:
(I changed the names of the domain into mydomain)
The ftp log is over 2GB.
I'd like to start fresh with a new log file.
1) Can I just rename the file. Will then a new file be created automatically?
2a) Can I set how big the ftp log file can be and let it split when it reaches the specified size? For example every 50 MB start a new file. So it will become something like this
ftp.mydomain.com-ftp_log1
ftp.mydomain.com-ftp_log2
ftp.mydomain.com-ftp_log3
ftp.mydomain.com-ftp_log4
and so on.
2b) Or one ftp log per day. that way I can go to a file of a specific day to analyse it.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Gosa
