FTP/Mail Account

    Hi,

    I'm new using cPanel.

    How do I create a FTP and Mail account, I'm using cPanel 11.25 with WHM

    You will have to follow below mentioned steps to create FTP account:

    1. Login to your cPanel account.
    2. Click on FTP accounts.
    3. Enter the username and password on the Add FTP account section.
    4. Click on Create FTP account button.

    Below are the steps to create Mail account:

    1. Login to your cPanel account.
    2. Click on Email Accounts.
    3. Enter the email username and password.
    4. Set the Mail Quota as per your requirement.
    5. Click on Create Account button.

    I dont see these options, Do I need to make a user account first? This is what I see on the picture below.

    UPDATE - Worked out whats wrong I was using a root account. :)
