Why does adding a parked domain add these subdomains? It adds a total of 3 entries to the parked domain list and since I can only have 10 allowed by my host, I can only really add 4 before it tells me I've gone over the limit. When I try to delete the mail. or ftp. subdomain in the parked domain list it says it was removed, but it still shows in the list.

I'm wondering the same thing. So I'm subscribing to the thread in case someone finds the answer before I do. If I find the answer, I'll be back.

I also just ran across this problem. I would really appreciate if someone could enlighten us.

This is supposed to be fixed in 6.0.0 Build 123. For the domains that already have this problem, open httpd.conf and remove the mail and ftp entries from the corresponding ServerAlias line.
