FTP Manager in cPanel suddenly gone !!!

Hi,

FTP Manager and FTP Session Control and all FTP Icons in cPanel interfaces suddenly gone !
I checked feature manager default and disable and all features and All are checked and active, Also I use upcp force and checked service manager and every thing is OK but there is no FTP Icon on my cPanel.

Also I changed cPanel interfaces but its not helped yet.

Would you please give me a solution to fix this problem ?

Hello,

Please open up a ticket using the link in my signature. I've seen this issue before and believe I have a work around. The developers have asked for more information and I would like to provide them with more information from your server.

Hi,

Do you have a FTP server selected in WHM -> FTP Server Selection? Ensure your FTP server is running, and if it's not, go into WHM -> FTP Server Selection, ensure the ftp server you want is selected, and submit.

Thanks for your answer.

The ftp server was disabled (I don´t know why)

I selected pure-ftpd, then I received a message telling me that I had to run setupftpserver with --force to get the server enabled.

I did that and the server was installed and enabled, and it is running.

But the options for the ftp account are still not showing in th client panel, I checked and the ftp features are enabled.

Any help?

Hi,

If after enabling the FTP server, and the FTP options in the feature manager are selected, and you've done a hard refresh of the page (cleared cache), I'd recommend opening a ticket with support.
