FTP not working on domains under Reseller with their own shared IP

Hi,

I have seen this issue in the forum many times but no resolution.

We have a reseller with their own IP that is shared by 6 domains under that reseller. The issue is that they cannot FTP to any of these domains using " TheDomain.com " We have tried the other syntax of " ftp.TheDomain.com " as well, still does not work. Does anyone know how to get the FTP working for a reseller that is trying to share their IP ?

We have resolved the issue....

Just use "Synchronize FTP Passwords" in WHM, this fixes the issue. :eek:
