FTP ownership problem since yesterday (20/06/12)

Hi,

I have a problem with FTP Account/Ownership since yesterday, when user upload file on FTP account (new or old account same), owner is always set to 0/root and group is always 99/nobody, same when he create directory.

I have test :

Update/Upgrade Cpanel (Stable/Release)
Update/Upgrade Pureftpd
Update/Upgrade Proftpd
Reboot Server

Someone can help me? :P
