It would be nice if we could configure the ftpd passive port range within WHM. It would also be great if the FTP setup/reconfiguration script opened up the passive port range in iptables. I recently moved my company's system to a new machine and was chasing issues for a day with some customers not being able to update their sites via FTP. The lightbulb over my head finally came on and I realized that the ports weren't allowed through the firewall.

The feature request section doesn't seem to like me. :( I get a page that says I've been automatically registered, but that's all I get. I'm confused.

Are you not able to proceed to open a request? Could you post a screenshot of the page that you see?

    Thank you.
