FTP Permissions

    Hello,

    We have just transfered our domains to another Cpanel Server , however account created on new servers, can not upload anything to their public html giving this error : Permission denied. How we can sort it out ? Any idea ?

    Hello,

    Do u have root accesson that server, If yes check the permission of that directory. If no contact your hosting provider. He will solve the issue.

    But when I create new user, again same problem

    /scripts/chownpublichtml


    the above script should correct the permissions of all the domains's public_html....
