ftp problem with subdomains in whm

i created domain1.com
go to cpanel of domain1.com
and add a park domain: domain2.com

now i go to WHM and create a sub.domain2.com

everthing are looking good except that i can't login into sub.domain2.com

i used the same password the i entered in whm.

what is the problem here

ok i tried all of that but most ftp program doesn't work except for FLASHFXP (tried flashfxp w/o domain after username)

what is wrong here? how come it only work /w FLASHFXP?
