Anytime my Webhost is restarted, FTP users are not able to authenticate unless I log into Webhost, and restart the FTP services. Is there any reason that after a restart I have to go and manually restart FTP to get it working? Anyone else have this same issue?

You could try this: Under the cPanel section of WHM click Synchronize FTP Passwords see if that helps.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

I have tried that, and that also fixes the problem but it comes back after a restart of the server.

    Anything else?

What about a way to autorestart FTP services after bootup?
