FTP sync broken!

When users change passwords, the ftp wont sync with those passwords with the latest stable build.

To add to this,

I have changed the password on a customers account in webhost manager and it said syncroniseing ftp and vhost passwords, yet the old password will work for logging into ftp but will not work for the cpanel. The new password will not work for the ftp account but will work for the cpanel. Is this a confirmed problem with build 208 of the cpanel 5 build?

Has anyone else discovered this happening on their servers?

A quick resolution to this would be greatly appreciated.
