FTP Takes me to a blank area!?!

    I login to my FTP and it takes me to the ip address of my server as i specified in my client but once i logged in successfully using my user@domain.com and password it just goes to /
    no file no folders just / . i wantt to upload files to public_html but am not sure how to get there???

    Hello Damain,

    Go back to that FTP account and take a look at the home directory. It will probably be listed as:
    public_html/username

    If this is the case, delete the user and add it again. This time make sure to include a "/" in the directory field. If this is left blank cPanel will create a /username directory for you. Hope this helps.
