It's possible to enable cpanel to ask for the FTP user and password right after i go to the ftp url.

Like if i go to ftp://mydomain.com it goes to PUB and i already disabled anonymous.

What i want its to ask for password right after i go to: ftp://mydomain.com

Simply going to ftp://mydomain.com implies an anonymous login in most FTP-capable browsers/clients. You need to use the username in the URL:

    ftp://user@mydomain.com

IE has the ability to do what you're looking for, however this is not part of the standard FTP protocol definition, and you must enable the option for "Broken Clients Compatibility" in the WHM under Main >> Service Configuration >> FTP Server Configuration.
