FTP - Unable to connect

Hi,

My FTP server has recently stopped working. It does not respond:

Status: Connecting to ftp.XXX.com ...
Error: Unable to connect!
Status: Waiting to retry... (5 retries left)

I have tried to restart the FTP server, but it does not help. The firewall port is open, so it shuld work... :eek:
