ftp welcome message

Hello is it possible to chance or add a welcome message to proftpd?
Because i want to add some rules what you get to see when you log into my server

I think it is possible but not sure how to, you may have to look in to the proftp docs.

I have looked into the proftpd docs and there is no info there or maby i have missed it but i couldnt find it
