Where are *all* the ftp logs and where can I check the live ftp sessions?

Another thing, is it possible to check what files were edited (overwrite, deleted ,etc) by a specific ftp user?

    Thanks

You can view following logs to get the details about user activity

In order to see whether they login to your cpanel you can check login_log at

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log

or to see what pages they viewed you can check the access logs at

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log
