I will go to migrate all hosting accounts to a new reseller service.
    (Now I have a dedicated)

Is very interesting that customer don't loss email accounts and messages.

Do you know if using "Download or Generate a Full Website Backup" make a full backup including Email Accounts and messages?

    I try to make it:
    1) create hosting account in the new reseller
    2) create Full website backup in old server, Download and Upload to new FTP server in Home directory
    3) contact with sysadmin of the new reseller for restore this Full backup.

Website run ok but I don't see Email accounts and Messages.

Thank you if any can help me :)

    Hello fish,

A full backup should include email accounts. Have you contacted the provider who performed the restore to ask about this?

Also, you might want to extract the backup yourself to look at it. The emails are stored in the mail folder. The only way I can feasibly see these not backing up would be if the old server was using a symlink for the mail folder. Symlinks won't be followed for backups.
