Hello I was wondering if I could get some help,
When attempting to perform a full cpanel back-up the operation simply never makes it to the server.
The e-mail is recieved saying the back-up has been completed almost instantly however the back-up process never even begins on the server.
The account is only 700 mb and the server is functioning at a very low load. The account also has plenty of bandwidth and diskspace free.
What would cause the full cpanel backup to never even begin to execute on the server at all?
